Ingredients: Vitamin A (as vitamin A palmitate) 10,000 IU (3000 μg equivalent to 300% RDA) Soybean oil, glycerin, purified water, gelatin capsule.

Suggested Use: Adults and children 12 or more years of age, take 1 softgel daily or as directed.

Do not consume if pregnant, unless specifically directed to do so by your doctor as overdoses can cause complications to the unborn child. Store at room temperature. Keep away from moisture.
