This Vitacost product is a triple strength combination formula containing 1,200 mg chondroitin & 1,500 mg glucosamine per serving (120 servings per pack).

Glucosamine is a naturally occurring molecule found throughout the human body, including the fluids surrounding cartilagenous joints. This formula contains 1,500 mg of glucosamine sulfate per serving, the form most often used for scientific research into this molecule.

Chondroitin is another naturally occurring chemical found within the cartilage around joints. Included within this formula is 1,200 mg of chondroitin sulfate, the most widely available and commonly used form of this nutrient.

Directions for Use

As a dietary supplement for adults 18 years of age and over, take 3 capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Best results are obtained with long-term use (more than three months). Keep dry and at room temperature.
