The Senonian Vegetate from the mine is an accumulation of 600 years of prehistoric plants, which grew approximately 70 million years ago. Only pure water is used to leach an average of 75 trace minerals from the compost. The extracted minerals are then freeze dried as a powder and capsulated in veggie caps for your benefit.
Each capsule contains approximately 300mg of pure plant derived minerals. There are 60 capsules per pot providing a 30 day supply of these 75 plant-derived minerals.
