Twin Gears cut and juice all vegetables including carrots, celery, leafy vegetables and wheatgrass. It is also capable of juicing harder fruits like apples and pears. The twin gears feature a pocket recessed area to easily accept fibrous vegetables and herbs. 3 separate points cut strong fibres like celery so the appliance does not get clogged or jammed. The gap between the gears is 0.1mm (4/1000 of and inch), this combined with its other features gently extract more juice, leaving the ejected pulp drier than other none twin gear juicers.

The Green Power Kempo KP-E1304 juice extractor uses a triturating process through the Jang Type stainless steel twin gears. The triturating action slowly grinds the fed in produce in to very fine particles, thus allowing more of the nutrients and enzymes to be released. The pressing action of the twin gears, produces an increase in the amount of juice obtained over masticating juicers and single auger juicers.

The twin gears on the Green Power Kempo juicer have pocket recessed areas that enables easy crushing of fibrous vegetables and herbs, they sit 0.1 mm apart and rotate inwards at a slow 160 RPM. This action crushes and grinds the produce being fed in without creating any frictional heat. Heat destroys the vitamins and live enzymes in juice which reduces its nutritional value and shortens its shelf-life. Twin Gear juicers ensure you get the highest quality juice, the driest pulp and the highest yield.

Magnetic and Bio-Ceramic Technology

Built into the core of each of the gears are in line magnets that produce a focused magnetic field of 4200 gauss which affects the juice during the juicing process. As the juice passes through this strong focused field, the water molecules in the juice are broken up to allow the atoms to be recombined into new molecular structures with other minerals such as calcium, potassium, sodium and magnesium. This process keeps the minerals in a suspended colloidal form that feeds the body for a longer period of time. The juice collection jug also includes these magnets in the base, this helps keep the juice fresher for longer.

Specially formulated bio-ceramic material is wrapped around the in-line magnets in the gears, which utilises the mechanical energy from the twin gears when they are turning to generate far-infrared waves. Far-infrared waves penetrate the water in the juice and radiates it, preserving the molecules and stabilizing the fragile structure of the juice which further enhances its taste, colour and smell and allows juice to be stored for up to 48 hours

The Green Power Kempo twin gear juicer combines these two technologies to rearrange the oxygen and hydrogen atoms in water molecules, making them more efficient and effective. Nasty tasting green vegetable juices taste become more palatable, this is because the mineral content of the juice is increased which enhances the natural sweet flavours of the juice.

Wheatgrass

One of the main advantages of the Green Power Kempo juicer is its ability to juice wheatgrass above and beyond any other Twin Gear juicer. With the additional wheatgrass gears, a very high yield of juice is produced with very little foam (foam is a by-product of juicing wheatgrass). Wheatgrass is sprouted wheat which produces high concentrations of chlorophyll, active enzymes, vitamins and other nutrients. which purify the blood, aid digestion, reduces high blood pressure and helps with skin problems. Wheat grass is a complete protein containing many amino acids helpful to good health. In fact, 2 tablespoons of wheatgrass juice is the nutritional equivalent of 1kg of juiced fruit and vegetables.

Not Just Juice

With the Green Power Kempo juicer you can prepare many living foods such as fruit ice creams, nut butters, baby foods, soy dishes, fruit sorbets and jams. You can mince garlic and ginger in bulk and much more. The KP-E1304 model also includes attachments for making pasta and noodles.

The Principle of Dr. Norman Walker

The Twin Gears have the ability to remove a high level of agricultural chemicals and heavy metals through the triturating and squeezing process, according to the founder of the "Living Juice" machine - Dr Norman Walker. The principle is as follows: if leaves, stalks or roots are squashed by using steel plates, stones or wood mortars and squeezed, enveloped by hemp cloth, juice and sap penetrate and only fibre waste remains. The degree of affinity of fibre for agricultural chemicals and heavy metals is so high that they remain together with the fibre waste. This is how the Green Star’s triturating process can obtain pure juice eliminating a high amount of agricultural chemicals and heavy metals by rotating Twin Gears, crushing vegetables and squeezing pulp through the fine screen that acts the same as a hemp cloth.

The Green Power Hippocrates GPT-E1303, Green Power Kempo KP-E1303 and the Green Power Kempo KP-E1304 juicers are all made by Green Power. The model number E1303 indicates it is the General version. The model number E1304 is the High Grade version and includes a stainless steel mixing bowl, Pasta & Noodle attachments, Wheatgrass and multipurpose gears and a Wheatgrass and multipurpose screen, these accessories are not included with the E1303 models. We only sell the High Grade version KP-E1304.
