Purpose:
The blend is formulated by Master Herbalist Hulda Clark, PhD.
First, to help with occasional constipation, this cleanse helps bring about balance between good flora and microorganisms in the bowels witht he aid of Turmeric and Fennel. Digestive enzymes (sold separately) may also help. Second, to help with occasional loose stools and occasional constipation, we help lower the pH of the stomach with Betaine HCl and Citric acid. Better digestion is more easily achieved in a healthy stomach that has a pH between 1 and 2. Should your stomach be too alkaline it is important to lower the pH, so you finish digesting your food before expelling it.
In addition to cleansing Dr Hulda Clark recommends increased sanitation. Balancing the bacteria in your gut, then continuing to eat bacteria-laden foods may allow the constipation, gas and bloating to return to your body. To avoid this, she recommends you sanitise your food and hands. One of the most effective sanitation methods for your fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and fish, is Lugol's iodine (sold separately).

Directions for Use:
Start with one capsule, the first day, 3 times for a total of 3 capsules. Then take up to 3 capsules 3 times daily, for a total of 9 capsules per day. Take at meal times or as directed by a healthcare professional.
